The 34th Annual Maui Upcountry Ag & Farm Fair will be held on June 7th & 8th, 2014 at the Oskie Rice Arena in Makawao. The year we are perpetuating our heritage and keeping the ranching lifestyle and spirit alive.
The fair promotes the Maui 4-H Livestock Association’s Annual animal show and sale in which Maui’s youth present the farm animals they have raised for the year and offer them for sale at the auction which will be held on Saturday June 7th, 2014 at 1:00pm. The education knowledge and understanding that our 4-H kids are learning has groomed them well for their role in leadership of the 4-H Youth Board.
The Maui Upcountry Ag & Farm Fair provides scholarships for all 4-H seniors advancing onto college. They are required to have participated actively for minimum of three years in the 4-H Livestock Program.
Haleakala Ranch Sponsors the Paniolo Tent where you can see the life and history of ranching of our island ranches. Come by our Agricultural/Made in Hawaii Tent and shop for farm-fresh produce and plants. Made-in-Hawaii features all crafts and packaged foods. This year we have a wide variety of foods from Hawaiian Plate, Pull Pork sandwiches/plates, chow fun, mexican dishes, Hamburger steak, Lumpia and lots more including deserts and snacks.

Special guests on Saturday will be Elmo and Cookie Monster then Sunday SpongeBob and Dora on Sunday . They will be walking around for picture taking with the kids and even do a dance for them.
