SEABURY HALL CREATING HOPE FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE
Seabury Hall will celebrate its 43rd annual Craft Fair from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., on Saturday, May 7, 2016, on the Seabury Hall Campus in beautiful Upcountry Maui. The Craft Fair has been raising money for financial aid since 1973, giving hundreds of students the opportunity to pursue their dreams and hope for a brighter future.
The Seabury Hall Craft Fair brings together more than one hundred of Hawaii’s best artists and crafters, in addition to great entertainment, specialty foods, beautiful flower arrangements, exciting children’s games, a silent auction, and the island’s largest rummage sale. The silent auction also includes a ‘Surf City’ area featuring a longboard surfboard, kite board, windsurf rig and SUP (standup paddle board) by Maui’s premier shapers as well as beach wear, vintage surf posters, books, art work, wetsuits, and other surf related items. All proceeds from the Craft Fair support Seabury Hall’s financial aid program.
Over 33 percent of Seabury Hall students receive financial assistance from this fund, providing deserving students an opportunity for a high-quality college preparatory education, which might otherwise be unobtainable. With the goal of ensuring that financial need never gets in the way of a Seabury Hall education, parents, teachers and students work together to prepare for the best Craft Fair in the state of Hawaii.
The Craft Fair is located on the Seabury Hall campus, at 480 Olinda Road, Makawao, Hawaii. Admission is $5 for adults. Children 12 and under are free. General parking is available at no charge, with premium parking for $10. Come and spend the day in beautiful upcountry Maui and bring the whole ohana.
