Santa Claus is coming to town!
Santa’s favorite place to visit is Maui, and this year he arrives at the Queen Ka’ahumanu Center on Saturday, November 15th to greet all of the keiki on Maui! It’s a ritual of the season-taking your child to the mall so he can tell Santa Claus what he wants for Christmas, and take the annual adorable photo sitting on Jolly St. Nick’s lap.
Experienced Santa-snappers suggestions:
- Go and Visit Santa: Days before, give your child a glimpse of St. Nick so when you come back for the actual photo, he or she will be more comfortable. Read books with pictures of Santa as well.
- Be Prepared: A good nap and a full belly are a good start. Snacks and toys are also key to keeping your child content.
- Write your Wish List: Have the wish list on paper and tie it up with a bow and have him or her give it to Santa.
On Saturday, December 6th, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., all are invited for gingerbread cookie decorating. And while you’re decorating cookies, Santa will stop by to hear your wishes.
