An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until February 2, 2017
This is a 4-week evidence-based interactive class designed for the pregnant woman and her support person. We will cover pain relief options, birth planning, understanding your 3rd trimester and birth, partner support, newborn care and breastfeeding and more! Single women welcome. Snacks provided.
